i,m having a dizzy moment!!typical situations that may cause conflict with other adults?? i have never came across any sorry if i,m being dumb!! please help

Anything that annoys/upsets another member of staff i.e. not working as a part of a team, not 'pulling their weight,' or coming into work late could cause unrest - possibly creating a problem. A staff member being given too much work and not enough help/support etc
Lack of respect/understanding of an adult (staff or parent) could cause conflict and so on.....

Poor communication could lead to misunderstandings eg something that is said maybe misinterpreted

A dissatisfied parent may want to complain about the setting
