Help SOS NVQ2 Children Acts 1989,2004 & Education Act 2002


Can someone PLEASE help me,
I am just starting my NVQ2, part of the assignment is about the Childrens Act 1989 and 2004,
also the Education Act 2002, I AM LOST

Any help would be so gratefully received.
