Hi, im writing about how observations contribute to planning. ive started writing about the planning cycle- observation

ive explained what obervation,assessment and planning is but i cant seem to word what the last 2 are!!! please help!!!

implementation - putting your plan into practise
evaluation - reflecting on your practise, what happened? how could you do it differently next time?
