Child minding funding ???

I was just wondering

Is there funding available for childming when you set up or is it all done at your own exspense .

Does where you live have an effect on weather there is funding available or not ??

Anyone ?? thankyou in advance

This varies from Borough to Borough - your best bet is to contact your local Childcare Information Service or your local Council and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

i think you will find if you want to run your own business you take the rough with the smooth! when we didn't have many cms there were incentive schemes to increase them but on the whole LAs have ended that. It is however an incentive to run your business well and be on top of contracts etc.
