Sounds as though you are working on 307?

You should already have two activities in the unit element 1) physical activities element 2) provide food & drink.

With both of these elements you should be able to link in a discussion with the children on healthy eating why? how healthy food helps them grow etc.

Phyiscal exercise building muscles, growth dev etc

Then say how you would adapt the actiivties for children with chronic illness or physical difficulties to allow them to participate in the above.

Hope this helps

I often get the children at work to help me prepare the snacks, how about combining this with fruit tasting or something? You can talk about foods that make you "big and strong" and foods that are "nice for a special treat" while doing it?
