hi can anyone help me with this one. make sure that your assessments are based on observational findings and other reliable information?

and this one 312.3.10 adequately assess risk in line with legislation and organisational policy, without limiting opportunities to extend and challenge the skills and knowledge of babies and children under 3??

theses are the last two questions i have to answer of my course

302.2.2 The easiest way to approach this would be to relate to one of the child observations you used for your assessment of this unit. Explain how your assessment on what the child can do links to your child observation recording on what you actually saw the child do.

Other reliable information could be observations from colleagues or other professinals and how you use these to assess the child's progress.

312.3.10 You need to explain how your risk assessment for this element meets the policies and procedures of your setting (say which policy) & in turn how your risk assessment and your settings policy meets legislation requirements. Check what you have for knowledge H407 - you might have already covered some of this? Then explain how your risk assessment maintained the safety of the babies/children under 3 without limiting their movements and freedom to explore.

Hope this helps? Let us know when all is complete and signed off
