How to set out the assignments

Hi,

I've just started my FdA Early years and wanted to know if anyone has any tips on how to set my assignment - particularly The Developing Child. I've not really mastered referencing and I've heard of people who get a referral for this assignment. It's only been 3 weeks of doing the course and some people on the course are saying they've got to grips with the assignment and are nearly done. Not me though. I'd be grateful for any tips on how to maintain my word count and not lose out on any marks. Also whats the best way to link your observations to the assignment without losing focus? and finally I know the work has to come from books and you have to use your own words but someone (on the course) said just to take information from a book and change some words around - surely that's not enough

Can I say congratulations to all those who have already done this degree and to those who will juggle their lives and the books to do it

I did it ruthie - couldn't see it for looking, it needs to be bigger than that for those who don't come to ur site as (like me) thanks anyway
