Help SOS New to forum - Equal Oppertunities HELP

i have to do a 150 word cover on equal oppertunitys within 2 - 5 yr olds setting in respect of policys. Can anyone Help i am a bit confused as to what sort of things i need to involved. Should this be how i use them what they are im well confused and this is the start of my NVQ2 !!!!!!!! oh dear not gonna be a steady ride me thinks lol

Hi, can you ask your setting's lead/supervisor for a copy of the equal opportunities policy or for ones that relate to equal opportunity?

150 word count isn't too great so once you've been able to read the policy/ies you'll possibly only have to write about what equal opportunities are in providing non discriminating access to and in your setting.

Discrimination involves age, culture, gender, preference, appearance, disability ..
