I have completed the unit 301 and sent it into my tutor. she gave me some feedback on the above question and asked " think about sharing information relationg to children, trust, honesty, respect and why this is important".

i am now baffled and was hoping somebody could shed some light.

if you know something about a child who do you tell? you dont gossip, you dont tell people in other rooms etc they dont need to know. info is for KWs and managers thats it. parents need to trust this is the case. they need to be able to share info with you knowing it will goi no further unless it is a cp issue. they also need to know you will hare info with them honestly and directly in a way that they will understand, theres the respect.
