Asessor Visit

I have my assessor coming to observe me with the children on Tuesday morning and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on an activity I could do with the children that would cover everything the assessor would want to see. I know it should be something we do all of the time, but just thought if I knew what they were looking for I could try plan something around this. Any help would be great x

you should have a plan with your assessor exactly what you are doing! not only that but you should have agreed that and then discussed it with your team and made sure it is all okay for tuesday.

Assessor Visit

I'm on unit 303 at the minute, she said she just wants to observe my interaction with the children whilst doing an activity. I thought about getting the farm and the animals out and then using the cement tray for small world play. Don't know if she'll get what she wants out of this though.

it doesn't matter what you do really what you must do is constantly interact, lots of open questions, eye contact, positive body language , being ware of everything that is going on around you and intervening when necessary. read through the unit to remind yourself whats needed.
