General question Knowledge questions!?!

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and already looking for help!! My apologies!!

My tutors given me a load of knowledge questions, and am completely stuck!! Any ideas where I can get help answering these: ..

K2C01- the importance of giving children your full attention when listening to them and how you show you do this through body language, facial expression.
K2C06 the key features of effective communication and why it is important to model this when interacting with adults and children
K2C07- the main differences between communicating with adults and communicating with children
K2C08- how to demonstrate that you value adults views and opinions and why it is important to the development of positive relationships.
K2C09- communication difficulties that may exist and how these can be overcome
K2C10- how to cope with disagreements with adults
K2C11- why it is important to reassure adults of the confidentiality of shared info
K2C12- the nursery’s policy regarding the exchange of information
K2C13- the importance of communicating positively with children and families
K2C14- how children’s ability to communicate can affect their behaviour

Thanks!!!

Hi! I've just done these questions. I found the majority of the answers in the books Childrens care, learning and development and Child care and education.

Hi, you'll find if you read through each knowledge point slowly and then pause a little to see how it fits with what you do in your setting / placement - how you act and respond, you'll have your own personal experience to base your written work on.

Search for the reference codes 'K2C10 for example, can also help with what others have found helped them.

xx Best wishes with it and welcome to the site

Thank you, I ended up doing them verbally with my assessor, but have now been given another list to do, as well as a Child Development project for 0-16 years which I'm now stuck on ?!! Grr! Am totally frustrated with my course at the moment!
