another assessment again

Hi, I have to do an investigating and exploring assignment. I have decided on the weather as it fits in with the settings topics for the next week. I have found some clothes like jumpers, coats, wellies, trousers and shorts. I have also found some songs on the internet which i have printed off and have managed to get some books on the weather from the nursery. Do you have any other ideas as there is a chance that I might be asked to do this all day rather then just part of the day.

Hi what about getting some ice -make some, watch it melt, put it in the builders tray with polar animals - have you got any fake snow in the Christmas box that you can hide penguines and polar bears in if not what about shaving foam ?? .While you've got the Christmas box out get the glitter out - make frosted spiders webs.
Get the hose on ! - spray and if it's sunny try to make a rainbow (by watching for the light shining through the spray)talk about the importance of rain and water...get 2 plants water one and not the other...
Talk about what it's like to live in a country where it's always hot - make a desert use sand in the builders tray, camels etc talk about what the people are like in the hot country - what they wear etc
Talk about living where theres always snow eskimos etc..use the internet for pics and info. Hope this helps a wee bit.
