i wrote the following you can see i have crossed 2 evidences together and its not the full thing but an outline.... i hope it helps

K3H280 & K3H295
The government recommends that each child eats at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day along with a balanced diet that includes dairy products, wheat and other starchy foods, meat fish and protein. It is important to follow these guidelines to keep your child healthy and nutritious.

K3H278 and K3H297
When working in partnership with family’s this also means working with their Childs diet. Some dietary requirements are for medical reasons and others are for cultural requirements.

Medical requirements could be nut allergies or lactose intolerant where the child would have to avoid these food due to a medical condition. Culture, ethnicity and religious believes could mean that children are vegetarians or don’t eat certain meats this is due to the families requirements and while the child may not become ill if these requirement were not followed it is essential for the families believes.

Some religions (i.e. Jewish don’t eat pork ) believe that their food should not come into contact with other meats so when storing and preparing their food you have to use different equipment (different fridges and cutely).

hope you can use this to help...
