Well done finishing your NVQ can't wait personally. Am hoping to pick your brains if you don't mind? I have chose 323 as an optional and am being observed on 9 June to cover my optional units - any tips please? My assesor not given much away just said that I am the only one she has had to do this unit. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing?? Would really appreciate any tips am handing in my folder tomorrow to my IV for the first time for my first 4 units
