I had them signed off last Friday! Woohoo!
I'm also doing 308 and 310 and they're all fitting in nicely together, just got to do professional discussions on both of those and then they're done too. I've got a lot of evidence from my lessons that I do with my group of 5 kids, 2 EAL, 1 Sen and 2 just a bit behind because of quite a lot of absence. I'm doing placement in year 2 so it was just a case of planning and assessing in line with the curriculum framework. Also a lot of it covers 303. I did 305 first because that is really my interest, going to uni next year to do social work so I can work in child protection.
I am trying to get this finished by xmas so that I can have 9 months off!
If you have a question just let me know and I'll try and help you with what I've had signed off.

Hi, this is my first time posting!

I have picked 345 and 346 as my optional units, YUCK!!! I wish I never did! I have found some useful rescources though!!! I work in the Foundation Stage!

The standards site is brilliant here is the link Primary Literacy and Numeracy

If you are in a school you should be able to get hold of the Naional Strategy books for literacy and numeracy, but the above link has all the information that is in the books, easier for copying and pasting rather than having to type it all out

Also if you are near a libary or your college library The Teaching Assistant's Handbook Primary Schools Level 3, by Louise Burnham is very good.

I hope these will help you.

This is a fanastic site, thanks ever so much, you have helped me out loads during the past year, and I am so happy that I could finally post and add some information, as all my questions were answered without having to ask!!!!

Wish me luck 345 and 346 will be handed in after the spring break, the Units are so BIG!!!
