I'm currently doing the knowledge for 305 but the candidate handbook I'm using is an older edition so it does not have the most up to date information on legislation. I need to write about legislation for safeguarding children, in the book it mentions the Care Standards Act 2000. Is this still relevant or did the EYFS, Every child matters etc replace this?
