I have done a behavour plan for a child who has chalinging behaviour with a diary of the type of behaviour, when, where and with whom. I didn't do it at my setting as I didn't think this was appropriate but asked my manager to check that it follows the plan the setting would use, and she signed it to confirm correctness. A friend is the parent and she also did a diary of the behavour and followed the same plan at home.
Hope this helps
Nikki

I did an individual behaviour plan too. You will also need to evaluate/comment on your settings own Behaviour Policy (337.1 pc1)
Good Luck
Sarah
