Help!

Iv jus started my NVQ3 not long ago and i dont understand, can some one answer my questions?

1. what do i do with my log book apart from writing what i do every day (i do 1 day a week at a placement and it seems as if i never have any thing knew to write).

2.what do i do with my KU questions and PC ?

3. DO I ave to match all my KU & PC only to my long book or do i have to answer them as quesions?

PLS PLS some one help, as you can tell i have know clue what im doing as i did'nt do my level2

When I started my lvl3, my tutor ran through what I needed to know with me, hasn't yours done that? I have a log sheet provided by the college, it has a table with these headings:
"Date, Time Spent, Research, Reading, Workbook, Exercises/Questions, Assessor Contact, Other." and I tick the boxes under each of the unbolded whilst filling out the bolded each time I do anything. I didn't do level two either, it's my first time doing an NVQ at all really so don't panic, just gte your tutor to explain it to you next time you see them =]
