Default Inclusion?????????

Hi, I have a equal ops policy in place but have been told by Ofsted to include "inclusion" in this? Any ideas on what I should say exactly and how to word it? Really stuck. Surely its the same thing?

Thanks

M

I have an inclusion policy in 3 parts ... multiculturalism, equality of opportunity and disability.

I talk about all 3 and point the reader to my accessibility audit for disability.

I have 3 mini e-books about inclusion on my website which cover ideas for each. All mini e-books are priced at £1.45 each.

Hope this helps!
