Help SOS K4d838

"The importance and evidence base for having responsive, reflective and knoweldgeable adults caring for babies and children under 3 years"

I've talked about how babies and young children need adults to help them learn how to communicate, adults have to be responsive to their needs and find ways of gaining their interest and attention.
(But not sure if I'm on the right track)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, feels like my head has hit a brick wall.
