Default 401 - relevant legal requirements

Has anyone done this question? Im not sure what to put? do i write some of the data protection act, put in our confedntiality policy? Any help would be great, thanks.

I am doing the same question now, gave up on 420!!! I think I will put a copy of our policy in as eveidence and yes some info on data protection act. Also some general info on who you can and can't disclose info to and under what circunstances?

There are loads of legislation to write about. Look at your EYFS documentation it tells you about all the legislation you work with.

If you do a thorough job then you can cross reference it with other units.

Sorry if this sounds vague but my file is with my college as i've just completed my NVQ4) so I can't tell you exactly what I wrote about.
