please can anyone help- i am a child minder and the question i have is how my setting promotes an environment of openness and trust?i need to include in my answer working with children,parents, families and other agencies. Hope some one may be able to help as my head is about to explode lol

having open days, maintaining privacy-if a parent says something to you in confidence then by not passing it on to anyone you dont need to builds trust, good comunication and body language, reapeating what people say so they know you are listening, showing understanding, activities that build childrens confidence, spending time with children doing everything to make them feel safe and secure. By being honest with other agencies sharing practice tips and info... etc
