K3D219 question 11 use culturally and devlopmentally appropirate activties, materials and first hand experiences to support learning and development.

I not sure if im going down the right track or not, i was thinking of the use of positive images etc. Not sure if thats right would really appreicate some help thanks everyone.

basically you just have to discuss several activities that could be done with a group of children and say how it would be apropriate in promoting differences and how it helps learning and development

a role play area with materials and accessories such as ethnic and white dolls and ....from different cultures promotes inclusion and allows all children to mimic what they observe-chidren learn through observation (bandura)in their home environment and use their imagination to develop ideas. this then allows them to gain knowledge and make sense of the world, feel confident and develop cognitive and creative skills.. as well as develop holisticly
