Default working on NVQ's???

Hi all,

I've been having a nose :reading: at the forum & comments people have made about completing their NVQ's & I was wondering....

Does everyone work looking at one unit at a time or do you work holistically through the units?

I'm an assessor and I always look at the units 'holistcally' which is why I like my candidates to pick optional units as soon as possible. However this said -I know my candidates themsleves tend to work through the units.

Hi, I have done NVQ 2 & 3 and cabin is right, all units commect with the others holistically. I found it less stressful to approach the bigger units first and then I was able to cross reference more towards the others. By the time I had only 1 or 2 units left, a lot of the work I could cross reference. Good luck, it's not as hard as it seems!
