Default foundation degree

Hi all,

i'm seriously thinking i might do the foundation degree when i've finished my level 4. but does anyone know whether you need a GCSE C grade in science? all i've been able to find so far is that you need a level 3 equivalent qualification in childcare

thanks
x

You can do the degree without any other qualifications other than the NVQ3 in childcare and experience , our college gives an interview before allowing you on the course

Once completed if you want to go on to teach OR do your EYPS you need a grade c or above in English, Maths and Science.

It is definitely the way to go ... better than NVQ with more choices in career ( 1 year of degree course is equivalent to level 4, 2 years level 5 )
