Can anyone out there please help me. I'm stuck on legislation covering early education. Any advice is greatfully appreciated thanks Kirsty

where do you think you ill find it kirsty? as a level 4 you will be implementing these pieces every single day of your practice!

Tutu is trying to help by making you think ,- the clue is what do you do each day at your setting?

Do you make up your own laws or do you follow legislation?

Start with your eyfs pack - look at the statutory section, then look at your policies that cover legislation. You've only got to think of subjects such as child protection, health and safety etc etc and then find out where policies/procedures have come from and why.
