I wrote about my equal opportunities policy at the place where i work.

Anti-discriminatory practices are, being able to treat everyone fairly and not to discriminate or treat them differently because of their race, age, gender, culture or religion. The anti discriminatory practices should cover not just the children, but adults as well.

Good anti-discriminatory practices should make sure that the children are given the best start in life and are given the opportunity and time to develop their own individual personality.

hi tabby cat how are you getting on with unit 401 im completely stuck and been told im writing to much i have only the knowledge questions to answer and then hopefully i should have one unit under my belt so to speak moving onto unit 402 . have you now done this unit and passed off
