This question is about asserting your own expertise, ways which you can do this is by keeping up to date and accurate information on children, up to date observations etc. also by possibly working with a child for 5 days you may feel your knowledge about them is greater than another professionals, you will also have your written records to back it up.

hi.i am new on here.i am nearly finished doing my nvq level 4.i have found that if you put everything into the first unit,then all the other units cross-ref with unit 401.it does get easier as you go through it.donna.

Ive just about finished 401 just a couple more questions to be signed off.
Im now on 402 and yes a lot of it can be cross referenced in - Im quite enjoying this one on policies and procedures as Im opening up a new pre school in sept after the one I work at is closing down so I have just done all new ones for Sept
