think its just saying look at current and changing health, saftey and security procedures and requirements and say how good they are (review them) and say how they can improve things or be improved. so its like your policies on higiene, security-pick up drop off policy, fire etc and then saying how they work in different cercamstances or what might change them and if anything can be done to improve them. also look at leglislation and ofsted reqirements and how the procedures fit in with them.

2nd ones what laws and regulations procedures are in your setting that cover health and safety for every one in your setting and what does it say about the different people i.e children, staff etc
