TDA 3.3 Can anyone help?

Hello All,

TDA 3.3 should be demonstrated in the workplace and has been apart from; 3.5 Demonstrate ways of supporting learners to develop ICT skills and problem solving skills. I've done all my observations and assignments and these are the last remaining bits that I need to do! My tutor has given me the ok to write them. I've only been in a couple of Year 1 ICT classes and I was mainly helping with logging onto the relevant programs as the computers were misbehaving. I'll need to write about a hypothetical situation for ICT and the problem solving skills but am drawing blanks.

Can anyone help me complete this course??!
