Default HELP!!! TDA 3.1 adapting communication

I've completely lost myself. I'm stuck on these and ideally i'd like to do a case study to lay out my answer but my mind has gone completely blank. Any help greatly appreciated.

• Explain how you adapt communication, considering the age, communication differences or the context of communication - with children and young people.

• Explain how to adapt communication to meet different communication needs of adults.

TDA 3.1 - 2.2 & 2.4

Thanks
