cyp core 3.4 criteria 1.4 safety mark making?

Hi im doing this unit and am stuck on the last one British association of toy retailers and product marking

i have to say who this is reflected in my setting through policy/procedure

I dont know what to write except all toy must have the ce mark any ideas???
