Help SOS Unit 402 - Ensure information is available for children about their rights, according to their age, needs and abilities

Hello....I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this..... I am returning to study after a period of absence, and I'm finding it a lot more difficult that I first imagined, getting back into the swing of things.

At present, I am working on a reflective account to cover unit 402 KS1-7 and PC's 402.1.1 - 6. I have most of it written, but I am struggling how to put together in writing something that will cover the above title.....How do I ensure that information is available for children, about their rights, according to their age, needs and abilities...? Can anyone give me some advice or pointers? Much appreciated thank you in advance! SOS help
