Default Reflective account on physical play

I have been asked to do a R/A on physical play and have to incorprate this question in to is but I am not sure how it would fit in?

Adapt the ways in which you communicate when difficuties are experenced. ( i think this is for communicating with adults )This is from a pc and the only one left on one unit so finish it of.

Would it be that if a child had a problem or was doing something unactable and would not do as I ask would it be that I would go to an adult and express what has happened in a polite but direct proffisonal way?? I am just not sure if this is the right way can anyone please help me out?
