Help SOS Activities and opportunities to practice physical skills?

hi guys my assessor is coming in on friday n could do with some help!!!

- When planning an indoor and outdoor activities what opportunities do you provide to allow children to practice physical skills and develop competence in co-ordination, gross and fine motor skills?

- How do you ensure children are appropriately dressed for activities, both indoor and outdoor?

- How you ensure that the activities that you provide are in line with the overall planning of te setting?

- How and why is it important for children to rest and recover after physical exercise?
