Help SOS please can someone help :D

hello im new to this so im gonna give it a go i started my course a unit behind everyone else, im strugling to understand some questions and was woundering if anyone could give me a shove in the right direction

the questions are unit 202 (k2h30) write a reflective account of the emergency procdures and how they are carried out, part b security incidents

203 q3 - why is it important to folow the confidentiality procidures of your setting, in regard to sharing information?

any help would be apreciated
