Default Seriously in need of help - Awful tutor!

Hi,

I am bumping my way through this NVQ in dribs and drabs....My assessor misses appointments and then blames me when there boss is on their backs. I have recently found out they get paid per visit/email/phone call and so she has been dragging my course out so she gets paid. My folder went for an IV in December and I have only just got it back. They recommended a textbook that doesnt have half the information in it and when it does its based on the old EYFS. I am really at my wits end.

I only have my optional units left (sorry did i say my - the ones i have been told to do!) Does anyone know what optional units there are and where I can find them? I have spent most of this morning researching unit 70 to no avail.

I just want this stupid NVQ over with!

Please help.

Thanks :(

ok in that case you can look on caches website www.cache.org.uk look under the level 3 page and you can see the units they will have different names but the same content as c and g which is an awful website. the optional units are not in text books cos theres too many to choose from and you should pick those you know about i would URGE you to report your provider to city and guilds theres too many private people out there delivering appalling courses. it is never too late to change to a different provider
