Default activity for physical development, learn about their bodies

hi this is going to be my last observation::rotfl:
I need to plan an activity which allows children to learn about how their bodies work, and discuss with them about healthy physical development.
this should cover 307.a b c
and needs to cover 308.4 promote well-being and resilience. This is for age group 2-3.

Have thought about a physical activity, such as maybe doing something like stepping stones as they need to use arms as well for balance,
and have thought about doing a craft activity to go with it such as putting a skeleton together with pins so that the joints move and trying to bring in the bone song, knee bone connected to the...... so on
any more suggestions for a physical activity as I need to say how this helps keep them healthy.
Any suggestions welcomed thanks

hi,
dont forget to get them to do a warm up activity and get them to feel how fast their hearts are beating before they start and then again after so they can feel how much faster it beats and how their body changes during physical activity, good luck x

I did a obstacle course and got them to climb through hoops and tunnels, balance beams and a colleague did a similar one with dressing up race type thing, for the warm up we were different Mr Men and Little Miss characters so Mr Rush for going fast, Mr Slow for going slow, Mr Tickle for stretching etc.
And then for the cool down they did some stretching exercises.
One thing I forgot in my observation was to offer them a drink of water.
