Default nearly finished

hi all,
I have nearly finished level 4 at last, but I am having problems doing some of the pc's. my tutor just seems to be draging it out, i have been at this point for the last couple of months and don seem to be getting anywhere with it, i was wondering if anyone had any ideas what i could do as i can't cover any more of the pc's with reflective accounts as i have already done this.

any ideas would be greatly received

Hi. what unit and pc's have you got to do. I just answered my PC's by writing about them, or finding evidence that would back this up, e.g Policies. I had to keep a reflective journal as well, so used my journal. I have also nearly finished my level 4, I have had all my units signed off, apart from the one I am working on now, 420 research. this should be finished on 6th November, when I have got to do a presentation. good luck

there are a few of the units that i need to do the pc's on. all my written knowledge is finished, i finished that part of the course in march, the reason that i continued with my knowledge was beacuse i didn't have a tutor for 2 months so i just got on with it. my new tutor has done observations but i haven't had them back to see what pc's they cover. that is the most annoying thing.

one of the major pc that i am not sure of is unit 422, and the element is 422.2.1 - 5. I am not sure thow to do this.
the elements are:

1. check that all practitioners communicate with families in a manner and language that is clearly understood by family members
2. observe practioners when they are:
a) liaising with families
b) involving families in activites
c) informing the families of children's progres and any potential problems
d) dealing with families who are unhappy with any aspect of the provision
3. liaise with practioners about changes that might be required
4. reslove conflicts and issues arising from interactions of practitioners with families
5, ensure the views of the children and families are sought.

any help on these would be really grateful. i think that i have cocvered these by observing my manager holding and intreacting with parents while doing a parents pal eveing.

thank you
bunny
