402.1.2 Ensure policies and procedures for equality of access, inclusion and participation are regularly reviewed and relevant data is collected, analysed and evaluated I know what I need to do But I don't know where to start? Any ideas greatly received

i wrote about reviewing policies on a rota basis so they are regularly reviewed and adjusted to suit our work practices and current legislation, we discuss findings at committee meetings, staff meetings and adjust the policy accordingly.

I did what Brandy did plus I had to prove I had been involved and had to submita before and after policy and minutes that showed I had been involved (hope that makes sense)
