hi ya, doing my 402 now and am stuck on question K4H776- Legal and regulatory arrangements covering health and saftey for children, colleagues, families and visitors in your setting or service! any advice would be great! thank you in advance!!!

Hi I have covered this bit by using short statements on the Un Convention on the rights of the child. Also Short bits on Care Standards Act 2000, Special Needs And disability act 2001, working together to safeguard childrent 2006,Race Relations Act 2000,Health and Safety at work act 1974 + COSHH, then all policies that relate to the above, ie, health and safety, Equal Ops, Special Needs. Hopefully that should cover it. Hope this helps.

Not to bad at the moment got 2 units signed off and 2 very nearly signed off should have them signed of next time, I also have another 2 half way through. Cant wait until it is finished and done and dusted!!!!
