I know im probably being a bit thick but im so close to finishing this nvq but am struggling to translate a pc i have to write a reflective account on , its 411.3 3
support colleagues with the inclusion of children and families in the evaluation. as appropriate to the children's age needs and abilities and identifying issues for improvement and plan for continuous development and improvement. Its the mathematical unit. Obviously i know inclusion relates to involving the children and families as individuals etc and that their are no barriers etc but cant quite grasp what is required for these pc points.
Could anyone kindly shove me in the right direction, thanks in anticipation.
