Hi and welcome to the site.
This may be more understandable if you can 'see the difference between personal opinion and professional judgement.
Learning through knowledge - having had experience of something or have read/heard/been informed of something and then allowing yourself time to understand what it is, what it's about, the impact or effect it may have, on who and how far reaching it can be - reflect... may increase your professional knowledge by allowing you to see potential routes and avenues, it can allow you to know which may or maynot be successful decisions, where to go for information and who to contact - this increases skills for judgement, reasoning, intervention, interaction, reaction to/in situations, partnerships, team work, confidence, ability to ask, business acumen, personal opinion ..
It may help if you make a table and list/identify areas of work and responsibilities, maybe state what current practice is and then how you could reflect and change what's done and then improve on professional practice/skills ..
I hope this helps a little
Enjoy Silkysteps xx
