The cuts to the budget allocations to our delivery services in Leeds are being focussed on back office costs by our commisioners. however this is leaving the service being unstable and requiring us to concentrate our resources of individuals that will achieve the best outcomes. We are losing 3 posts due to not recruiting into vacancies and this has increased the case loads of the remaining members of staff. The main focus of reduction is within our DIP/IOM contract which is predominantly an out reach sercice. The reduction of staff travel costs will impact on our ability to provide intensive outreach support to difficult to engage problematic offenders.
