Hi, at the centre of this they will know that you are serious about improving and bettering your provision, sharing information and working together. Acknowledging feedback - positive and negative demonstrates a reality of what's going on and from there you are able to approach providers, look at services and jointly service providers and they you about a range of topics that you'll both feel comfortable suggesting & discussing, without concerns of how your ideas or information will be received.

If you have the opportunity look at your understanding of the term 'service provider/s', I look at provider, service & sometimes service provider as individual entities, each will stand independantly in what they offer and how they work with you & you with them.

Other phrases this addresses are sharing achievements, dealing with complaints, following up queries, researching or sourcing information, identifying gaps, identifying strengths & weaknesses, building relationships, working in partnership

If you can see who your setting's service providers are - building owners/rent & their responsibilities, electric, gas, water, caretaker services, local council, photography companies, logo embroidery/uniform suppliers, health professionals, advisory services, inspection services - fire, gas, electrical, internet access ..

Hth xx
