Possibly, delivery methods of training and knowledge does seem to vary across the country. This assignment sounds good and would be interested to hear any experiences of it.

Hi and welcome to Silkysteps

If a Changes assisgnment is about handling, implementing, managing and adapting changes .. think about many balls in the air, get some wine in .. if appropriate and sit back.

Let us know what's recommended ..

enjoy the site

think about what changes a child may face, new school, new sister or brother, new step family, new language and or country, illness, death in the family, new guardian, new teacher, new routiene etc how do they feel? how do you help them?
also think about changes in child care, childrens rights and views on child care, 100 years ago would a child go to nursery or would mum be at home?

hope this helps

I think it is something you have to change within your setting then write up about it have staff meeting on it and involve parents.
