Help SOS CCLD level 3 CPD

I am new to this site and it looks pretty good, full of helpful people. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who would be able to help me answer some questions. I have been doing my level 3 for 3 years and cant wait to get it finished. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

thanks, it might just b common sence but my brain is frying with all this stuff and i have been working on it since 12'45 today. I just dont know how to answer the questions.

1. Identify areas in your knowledge, understanding and skills where you could develop further

2. Develop and negotiate a plan to develop your knowledge, skills and understanding further

3. Seek out and access oppertunities for continuing professional development as part of this plan

4. Use continuing professional development to improve your practice
