Hi guys can anyone help me with this question it's my last unit but don@t know what i should be writing for this on?

smart plan u have choose areas that u think u can improve on or work towards to like first aid etc,i still havent done my yet as i dont know what to do, if that any help at all

i havent seen it the text book,i worte one done what i want to do but i cant think for the second one i think i will do reading more information on a certain topic like behaviour etc,have u had any profeesional disussion yet?
