Hi all im Jodie and have just started my level 4 CCLD.
I have been given unit 401 to begin with, but am stuck already as im not sure how i set it out?
How did others find this unit?

hi there! i focused on a staff meeting, a conflict situation and dealing with outside agencies such as social workers or local childcare agencies. hope this helps. xx

once you get going its not that bad....honest! lol. what some of our group are doing is using the knowledge evidence numbers as sub headers and answered each evidence as individual questions then cross referenced similar questions. it worked for me, as its been signed off. on 402 at the moment so we are almost in the same place.

Im just coming to the end of my level 4 and having not done a nvq before found knowing how to start it was the worst thing. Every assessor is different and seems to want it a different way!! The pc's questions/statements at the front of the unit I did through my assessor observing me doing something or a witness statement from another person to say that I had done it. The knowledge and understanding questions/statements I worked through as questions using my knowledge and situations that I had had to deal with to write about. For some units especially 403 which i found the hardest I did loads of research on the internet and wrote quite a lot
