optional units??

hey everyone,
just wanted to see what people thought about the optional units.....
as a deputy manager i was looking to do more of the curriculm based units such as
407, 408, 409, 410, 411 - i need to choose only 4 form these 5 as i have started 428 already.

any thoughts???? are there any practiculary more difficult than others, are some boring????

My op units seem to change all the time depending what Im doing at that time!!
Im doing the h and s one as Ive just done the course and one to link in with the EYFS 407 I think.
Its on the back burner at the mo as I open my own pre school on Wed
